Hey, guys!

It’s the last day of the month already and it’s almost as if February just started, I thought I still had about three days till the end of the month and lo and behold, I checked my calendar and realized today is the 28th.

The month of February thought me a lot of wonderful things. Have you ever been in the worst of situations and God just mysteriously turns that very situation to the best thing that could ever happen? That was exactly how my February turned out to be. He surrounded me with awesome people I almost wrote off. He practically held my head up high when I should just have crashed down in fear.

No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening–it’s painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way. Heb 12:11

The only reason you’ll always see me smiling is because I know God has my back 100%

Now to my outfit, this is my first attempt at layering. Just in case you’re wondering what Layering means, Layering basically means wearing different garments on top of each other. I always wanted to try this but the weather in Nigeria won’t let me shine. As soon as I got this shirt I just knew I had to do it. The fabric is so light and soft so I didn’t have to worry about the heat.

And please, let’s take out time to appreciate my fro. I simply put it in chunky twists after washing and combed it out when it was fully dried.
